LIKES: She loves wide open spaces where she can see everything, where she can feel unhindered breezes and the warm sun. Alessandrine has a thing for piercing her own body, like her navel and her nose for example. Seeing them on other individuals helps her to relate to them and is something that she finds rather sexy. The minotaur loves to be cold and will spend a lot of time outside during the winter, even discreetly making snow creations when all is silent and still.
DISLIKES: She is not a fan of magic, even though she safeguards the most powerful magical items. Since it was magic that cost her the memories of her childhood, she has a strong dislike of it, especially if used against her. Even though she loves her adoptive father, she fails to see how magic can do any good. The minotaur does not like to seem weak in any fashion and can get very insecure and irrational when her weakness is pointed out to her.
PERSONALITY: This minotaur is super protective of her adoptive father, and any of the apprentices that he brings to the tower to teach. Anyone that Sorcerer Learek vouches for is good in her eyes. Which leads to another traits of Alessandrine, that she is surprisingly soft hearted, particularly when faced with a gut wrenching story. One of her downfalls is that she is competitive, she does not being outdone in a show of athlete prowess.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: When Alessandrine was but a calf (a term used for Minotaur children) she was lured away from her home by a thief that had stolen a magical flute from a powerful sorcerer. The thief wanted to sell nonhuman children in a slavery ring without actually doing any of the dirty work. When the sorcerer caught up with the thief he made sure to punish the evil man by imprisoning him in a pocket dimension where he was to be tortured by captured demons sealed inside. After locating the villages of the other children, there was only one left, Alessandrine. The sorcerer took pity on the minotaur girl and tried to find her home, but the poor calf had lost of her memories of home and family after a savage beating from the thief while protecting one of the human children. He decided to give her a job in defending the Tower of Artifacts. As it turned out, the sorcerer had a most important job, to study and safeguard some of the most magical of items. Even though Alessandrine has zero interest in magic, she looks to the Sorcerer Learek as her adopted father and protects the tower from unwanted parties.
