LIKES: Ever since leaving the mountains, Belinda discovered something about herself, that she enjoyed love interests much taller than herself. Something about the size difference started to intrigue her and although she would never let a man or woman tower over her in an intimidating way to bully her, she likes the sense of protectiveness. This dwarf has a weakness for magical crystals that can enhance her strength, speed and agility in and out of battle. 

 

DISLIKES: There is nothing more terrifying for any dwarf than the sea. Belinda not only gets seasick, but worries about falling overboard to the point that she will refuse to get out of her cabin until docking. Being from a race that prides themselves on drinking hard alcohol, Belinda believes herself to be a champion drinker, so she will never waste any drink order with teas, coffee, or milk. 

 

UNIQUE SKILLS: She is a wielder of two steel axes, and is not a force to be reckoned with when she moves into a battle ready stance. The warrior also carries two smaller hatchets that she will throw with deadly accuracy. Belinda has a gift that she is still learning about, which is an ability activated only when she is in a blood rage, where she can foresee the attacks of her opponents for up to 47 seconds. This ability, when it works has often saved her life, but sometimes it is only through the skin of her teeth. 

 

PERSONALITY: This tough girl will never allow someone to take advantage of her due to her short stature and she has the strength to make anyone think twice about doing so. Unapologetic and brash with her words, she never backs down even in a situation that she knows she can’t win (which often lands her in a heap of trouble).

GENERAL BACKGROUND: The Dwarves of Wordorn live very deep within the mountains and few members seldom leave as most are content with mining the natural resources of their land and continuing to build their civilization. Although they have groups of dwarves like engineers, builders, and merchants that do business with other kingdoms and domains, one must be an apprentice to this families to do so. Belinda was born into a family that served the dwarven cities and mining villages. Even though she was one of their toughest warriors, she grew bored with the lack of fighting. Most of the creatures that shared the mountains knew better than to tangle with the fierce dwarfs and those that tried were easily thwarted. She grew up hearing of legendary battles and dreamt of the glory that one earned in hard won victory. Wanting to see the real world and actually be useful, she snuck into the caravan of stone materials until she arrived in a city mostly inhabited with humans. Over the course of a few years she earned a reputation as Belinda the Body-Cleaver after the city was laid siege to by a neighbouring kingdom to the North. She is a wondering warrior though and does not stay in one area long, often moving around whenever she grows bored. ​
