LIKES: Although she can be a rumble/tumble kind a gal, she will never turn down a spa day. In fact, everything else can be put on hold when she is offered the opportunity for a deep tissue massage. Gumbo is one of her favorite dishes, which she likes to be extremely spicy adding ghost peppers to get that kick.

DISLIKES: 'Reality' tv shows that show fake ghost hunters, depending on the show her annoyance can range from mild to extreme annoyance. She will state forcibly how the shows make her profession seem like a joke, which is something that she cannot stand. She does not like males to look down upon her or behave superior to her. 

​

UNIQUE SKILLS: Able to communicate with the dead, especially those she calls forth from the spirit world. She has an extensive knowledge of history. She is able to channel the supernatural strengths of a spirit, which is noticeable when the golden tattoos on her skin begin to glow. As a higher ranking shaman (meaning that her powerful levels are between A and S class), her level of control over A to S level spirits is extremely strong.

PERSONALITY: She is equal parts kind and blood-thirsty, meaning that she will bind someone's wound and then beat the crap out of the assailant. One of her biggest weaknesses is that she has a strong sense of what is right and wrong, and will defend her belief even if she happens to be wrong. She does not believe that there is a middle ground/grey area, it is what it is. She has a twisted sense of humor.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Catalina has come from a long line of shamans, mostly on her father's side. Catalina had a very strange childhood, her mother died from breast cancer when Catalina was a young child. Her father, a retired shaman and working plumber, pretty much raised her on his own... well with the ghost of Catilina's mother helping him at times. Having the same sort of talents as her ancestors, she grew up around the company of the departed. As soon as she became the age of 16, she started her shaman journey. She traveled all over Europe, the united states and Mexico, putting restless spirits to rest, banishing vengeful ghosts as well as searching for her ghost partner. Every shaman must have bonded with one ghost partner to enter the Shaman Order. Catalina found Edith Murphy, a woman from Ireland that met a tragic fate when she was pushed from a cliff by her step mother. Having Edith with her, Catalina's power has doubled from what it was previously. The two them have been as thick as thieves since then, continuing to work on Order business.

PERSONALITY: Edith was always a sweet and thoughtful woman, well loved by the servants of her father's manor. She will often play devil's advocate, the super ego to Catalina's id and ego. She can see the grey area between white and dark, often pointing them out to her shaman partner. 

 

GENERAL BACKGROUND: When her father died under mysterious circumstances, she heard some strange rumors about her step mother being involved. Upon further investigation, Edith discovered some horrifying evidence that was linked directly to the newly widowed woman. When Edith confronted Lady Murphy, she was pushed to her death to cover up Lady Murphy's evil deeds. When Edith awakened, trapped between both worlds, she vowed to haunt Lady Murphy and her descendants until the truth about her father's death was revealed. When Catalina was called by a Janis Murphy (a great great grand daughter of Lady Murphy) to extract the ghost from their manor, she met Edith. Catalina was able to help Edith prove to Janis about her ancestor's treachery. Grateful for Catalina's aid, she agreed to bond with Catalina and become her partner.
