LIKES: Cycling is by far her favorite activity and the only form of transportation she will do besides running and walking. She works out at the gym three times a week, with a frozen yogurt made with peanut butter and bananas after every third trip. Charley likes to wind down her day watching inspiring videos on Facebook about previous clients improvements and maybe check on her favorite Youtube channels.

DISLIKES: She often gets hit on at work, when it is a client, she can laugh it off since they see her once a week, but when her co-workers do it that's a different story. Charley often feels sluggish during rainy days, which result in a lack of motivation to do stuff around the house. She does not allow people to give up, and will not hesitate to tell the nay-sayers off.

PERSONALITY: Being positive helps her to deal with some of the harder stuff that comes with her job. She is very active to keep a sharp mind, fit body and positive attitude. Charley likes to encourage people, to push them until they can reach their fullest potential, whether they are teammates, co-workers, clients, and of course family. When needed she can serve up some tough love.

PERSONAL MOTTO: The only person who can truly keep you down is yourself.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Charley was always a tomboy, even as a toddler when she would cry while wearing a dress. Her eldest brother was a soccer player, one of the best in their region. During his first year in university, his dorm caught fire when his roommate left a hotplate on during the night. Chris, trying to escape from the burning building, ended up under collapsing debris. Once he was rescued, the family had been told that he would only be able to walk again with intensive physical therapy. Charley, being the adoring kid sister, attended him to these sessions. She had met a little girl, a few years younger than herself, who was in a similar situation as Chris... although she had been told she would never walk without bracers again. Chris was progressing really well with his sessions and able to walk with only small traces of a limp. Charley witnessed small miracles under the caring hands and attention of the physio therapists. She knew what she wanted to do. After recieving her license, she applied to the very place that worked with Chris. Charley has worked with countless cases over the years, and even keeps in contact with many of her clients, often checking up on the ones who struggled the most.
