LIKES: Speaking with the animals that inhabit the forest to this dryad, they always have something interesting to say. She loves watching humans release animals back into the wild finding something so inspiring as seeing an animal returning home. A sight that she looks forward to every year is waking up to the blooming world in springtime (she does hibernate during the wintertime).
DISLIKES: Poaching (she does know the difference between hunting and poaching) and watching her forest continue to shrink.

PERSONALITY: Fraxinus is a normally gentle soul, who loves her home and those who share it. She treasures her friends and can be fierce when protecting them. She uses her powers to heal not only herself, but those who suffer around her.
GENERAL BACKGROUND: Long ago the forests of the world were filled with the spirits of nature. Slowly the world seemed to grow smaller, with the humans cutting down the forest, mining the mountains and tainting the water. The spirits of nature began to grow sick and began to fade. For a species that could live for centuries, the deaths seemed so sudden and unforgiving. The majority of the spirits knew that their era was over and began to fade into the elements that they were born of. Fraxinus was one of the last dryads to emerge from her birth element, an ash tree. She cannot remember a time when the spirits were plentiful, as so many had faded already. She vowed that she would not allow herself to give up and fade like her sisters and brothers, leaving her forest to be demolished.
