LIKES: Riding on the back of an elephant while eating some of the fruit she grabs from the branches o passing trees. Playing in the water, bathing and splashing with the calves and aunties. Sometimes, she will even find some mashed up colors to decorate her own body and the members of her herd with.
DISLIKES: She has yet to see a human that she could stand, Gabriela finds them to be practically evil and completely untrustworthy. Although she loves being with her herd, she cannot help, but feel jealous that she cannot have her own calf (uh baby), however, in order to do that... she'd have to be with a human and that can't possibly happen.
UNIQUE SKILLS: Communicates with Elephants and even some other animals with body language (sometimes improvised), but not as well. She has surprising strength, speed and stamina, having had to develop these skills for survival.
PERSONALITY: Gabriela is a strong female, with a good memory and possesses great problem solving skills. She is fierce in her need to protect not only her herd, but the rain forest that she calls home. She has difficulty with trusting humans and is stubborn in her belief that they are evil. She loves her herd and loves to spend time with her elephant family where she can really let loose and have fun.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Gabriela's parents were always travelling. Even after they had Gabriela, they would go to exotic places. One day when the Porters were travelling through the Rain forests of Liberia, there was commotion and Gabriela who was just a small toddler (3 years) became lost. She was found by a herd of elephants. One of the older calves took a shine to Gabriela and the Grandmother or Matriarch of the herd, decided that Gabriela would join thm. Gabriela grew up among her 'cousins' and 'aunties', understanding the elephant way of life. Due to her human body, she always needed the most protection, but was loved no less because of it. From the shadows of the rain forest, Gabriela has watched groups of humans systemically destroy the rain forest, poachers and ivory hunters capture, harvest and kill elephants needlessly. She has a low opinion of humans and does what she can to protect her herd, such as warning them of human traps, ambushes and camp sites. She will sneak into camps to damage equipment and gear. whenever she is presented with the opportunity.
