LIKES: Her super power is not just for fighting, but for beautiful light shows, which she likes to show off whenever she can. Gloomy rainy days never bother this lady, as she likes to stand in the rain and feel the raindrops run over her skin and in her hair. Quinn loves a man who can take charge of a situation, especially when he attempts to rescue her, there is just something so romantic about that.

DISLIKES: Being called less than kind names can really spark a rage within this usually bright-eyed female. She had a special hatred for being called a freak or weirdo as she was teased so relentlessly in high school, as her parents were not exactly rolling in the big money or the 'right' social circles. Quinn gets really freaked out by reptiles, especially geckos since her baby sister put one in her sleeping bag at Summer camp, she can just never get over the way the thing felt wiggling over her stomach.

UNIQUE SKILLS: Her superpower is to create weapons and protective wear using glittering golden light particles that when pulled together is strong like Titanium. She can also manipulate the light particles to create holographic images, which can be easily scattered as they are more shimmer than anything. This can come in handy for distractions and for planning out strategies, with her teammates.

PERSONALITY: Quinn loves to sparkle with uniqueness and talent in whatever she does, often going out of her way to get the approval of someone she admires. Unfortunately that can affect her teamwork skills at times, because she is so worried about how others perceive her, that she can lose focus. Even though she wants to be a remarkable superhero, she has not yet learned that there is more to fighting evil than how she will look in the media.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Quinn's mother was a runway model and her father was a casting director. So from a young age, she lived a life of glamour and being in the spotlights. It was a bit of a blow when her mother, Evelyn, ever conscious of the Laine name within the high class of Hollywood and Europe, told Quinn to keep her super powers under wraps.... that revealing her 'oddball quirks' could damage everything that they had built. Quinn loved that she was so special, having a talent that her family could only dream of having, and it planted a seed of darkness long kept buried. When she was sent an random email for an Academy of Supers, she jumped at the chance to become a superhero. Some people are jealous of the life that Quinn led before she attended the Academy, but she makes it a point to show she is far more than who her parents are, that she is her own person. 

POSSIBLE IDEA: 

For the past couple of weeks, Quinn has been feeling isolated from her classmates and even her teachers. So many people are comparing her to either her mother or her father, and even worse are criticizing her at what seems to be every turn. Quinn turns on her classmates and must be stopped. As corny as it sounds, could friendship or even love tip her scales back to the side of good?
