LIKES: Of course, it is no small guess that Sophia loves to watch cooking shows, and Hell's Kitchen was always her personal favorite. As it is not the popular show it used to be, she watches most of the show on YouTube via her cell when working in the kitchen. She loves Italian food and Japanese dishes. Cooking for friends and family, particularly for her many nieces and nephews.
DISLIKES: She does not enjoy washing or drying dishes, as this chore is her least favorite. She will get them done, but she will grumble about it under her breath. She gets very annoyed when someone asks for salt or ketchup before they have even bothered to taste what she served them. Don't even think about leaving the restaurant kitchen messy or disorganized as she will end you.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Sophia's parents always seemed to be at home when she and her two sisters were small. That changed when she turned ten years of age. Her father had gotten a promotion, while her mother opened a restaurant, called Taste Buds. Not wanting to leave Sophia and her sisters at home, and having put most of their savings into starting the restaurant, the kids went to work with their mother. Young Sophia became fascinated with cooking gourmet meals and even went to culinary school. She developed a very good palate and was hired by her mother to work professionally. Sophia even tried out new recipes while working at Taste Buds, which some employees envied. It is her dream to inherit Taste Buds when her mother retires.
