LIKES: Valeria loves a man with a sense of humor and who can be very playful. Although there can be a level of fun in teasing a man that is way too serious, where she will tease him playfully until his hard exterior is broken. She loves to wear feminine clothing and armor pieces, as she likes to stand out. There are not that many female mercenaries for hire and she takes pride in being one of the few...so why not flaunt it?

DISLIKES: Being the victim of a one night stand. She does not care if after a night of passion that they decide to end it, she just wants to be a part of the decision. A word of warning, Valeria will hold a grudge against someone who has left her bed without alerting her. She is not a fan of fish and can feel rather sick when she smells them, even when they are freshly caught.

UNIQUE SKILLS: She has illusion magic that can trick the eye and allow her to blend into the background if she so chooses (not that she usually does). The only flaw is that the illusion must be believable, or it will breakdown. For example, if she is impersonating another human, she needs to act and sound like that person. She is an excellent swordswoman, liking to get close as possible using her speed and dexterity to do so.

PERSONALITY: Being affiliated with the greatest mercenary guild in the provinces of Lupenn, has landed her a reputation that has made her cocky. One would think that with her line of work, she would be serious and always professional....not true. Valeria is very flirtatious, playful, and fun loving with a love of adventure.

GENERAL BACKGROUND: Valeria was orphaned when a group of bandits marauded her tiny village, she was picked up by a caravan of merchants who would visit the town to buy the apples that the farmers grew. Although none of the merchants wanted to keep Valeria (as she was considered an ugly duckling as a child and thus unappealing), they made sure to bring her to the capital in hopes of finding her a more permanent home. Unsuccessful, they dropped her off at an orphanage which she promptly escaped from the following day. Living as a street urchin for the next year, she unconsciously used her developing abilities. It was when she was stealing apples from a vendor on the streets that she was spotted by a mercenary of the Silverblade guild. The leader Antonio Maltina adopted her and began to teach her the skills she would need to learn to be a Silverblade mercenary. Growing into a beautiful woman, whose looks were only surpassed only by the skill of her sword, she quickly became one of the most sought out hired killers in Lupenn. She earned her nickname Rose Thorn, a reminder that she was as dangerous as she was lovely.

YC has recently joined the Silverblades and Valeria has taken a liking to YC. She will often try to convince YC to join her on missions and volunteers to be paired with YC as much as she can. Although she might only be looking for a one night stand with YC, she might end up liking YC more than she thought. However, building such bonds while being employeed by a guild like Silverblade can be a lethal problem....
